Job Description:

Running the band’s front of house sound, setting up the sound for the group before shows, minor monitor mixing. We will run a Behringer Wing Compact, and members are able to control their own monitor mixes from their phone. Load in is usually ~2 hours before showtime, then a ~90 minute show, then a short (~30 minute) load out per show. We have shows all over the state, so transportation is a must have. A working understanding of digital sound boards, comfortability with gain, reverb, effects, routing, eq, compression, and gates, and a good understanding of mics, amps, power, cabling types, etc. is required for success.

Job Description:

Running the band’s lighting for shows. Would be in charge of designing the lighting for the show, running it for most shows, and making cue drives before shows. Would also be in charge of setting up lighting during load in/setup time. Load in is usually ~2 hours before showtime, then a ~120 minute show, then a short (~30 minute) load out per show. We have shows all over the state, so transportation is a must have. A working understanding of Ion Q boards and basic lighting principals are required for success at this position, in addition to knowledge on setting up lighting. We don’t have our own board at this point, so we’re working with whatever the venue provides, so adaptability is important.

Job Description:

Assistant Musical Director. Creating charts from recordings, arranging music music, and teaching new musicians to the group music. Musescore 4, Dorico, Sibelius, Finale, or another high level, professional grade notation software. Noteflight, Flat, or Soundslice will not be accepted due to clunky notation and flawed xml files that make transference to other softwares impossible or very difficult. A high level understanding of music notation and theory is a requirement to succeed. Ability to compose/notate on a grade 5 level minimum.

Job Description:

Handling all marketing for the band. This mostly includes editing social media content and posting it, creating marketing plans for specific product or event launches, editing photos, and planning specific content for us to film. A very strong understanding of photo and video editing software is crucial to success in this position, as is an understanding of marketing psychology and industry standards for marketing plans. Knowledge of social media algorithms is also important, including how hashtags work and how to maximize reach through video editing. Professional level video and photo editing software is required.
